This half term in the Elephant class we will be continuing to develop our listening skills and focusing on ‘SPARKLE’. In Phonics we will be learning about general sounds discrimination using environmental and instrumental sounds. We will also be practising lots of different rhymes and looking at the rhyming words. In maths we will be learning to sort various objects for example, by colour and, to copy and recreate simple repeating patterns.
Our class stories will be Whatever Next, Binny's Diwali and The Gingerbread Man.
