Last week (14-16 Jan) the school welcomed 3 visitors from Challenge Partners who came to undertake a Quality Assurance Review of the school. Challenge Partners is a collaboration of over 250 schools from across the country who support each other through challenge and sharing good practice. It is also a development opportunity for Senior Leaders within our school as they undertake reviews within other schools.
Our reviewers were highly complimentary about the whole school and commented on the good behaviour standards, excellent SEND provision and visionary leadership.
'There is a real love of learning that permeates throughout the entire school as a result of the highly inclusive ethos which benefits not just pupils with SEND and those from other vulnerable groups, but the whole school community as well. The pupils' approach towards learning is highly commendable and learner attitudes are promoted and developed through the school's new vision for its pupils. Pupils at Glade Hill are certainly 'Golden' and they do 'SPARKLE' and shine within such a highly inclusive school.'
