Year 4/5 Football Team Claim Hard Fought Win!

Yesterday our Year4/5 football team played their first Under 10 league match of the season.

In very blustery conditions the team came from one nil down to secure a 2-1 victory against a very good Cantrell Primary team.

Some fine individual play and a real team effort ensured the team were victorious. Man of the match award goes to Alfie Guise from Marvellous Maples for some great defending and resilience. A special mention goes to Keownlewis Caunt also from Marvellous Maples for a strong debut and brilliantly volleying home the second goal.

A very big thank you to all the parents and family members who came along and supported the team.
