School Dinner Information & Menus

Glade Hill Primary & Nursery School works very closely with Nottingham City Council to provide healthy and nutritious school dinners for all of our children. We have a great team of kitchen staff who work very hard to ensure that our meals are tasty and what the children like to eat.

In Reception and Key Stage 1 every child is entitled to a free school dinner under the government funded initiative called Universal Infant Free School Meals. We like to encourage all of our parents and children to use this free facility but you can bring a healthy packed lunch if you would prefer.

In Key Stage 2 children can still take full advantage of our school meals at a cost of £2.15 per day. We also offer a lunch-club to our afternoon F1 children where they can benefit from the hot meals provided.

Free School Meals & Pupil Premium

If you are entitled to certain benefits then you may also be entitled to Free School Meals and Free School Milk (for Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 children). Please ensure that you complete a form to apply for these entitlements (available below or from the school office). By completing this form you are also ensuring that the school can claim Pupil Premium funding that will directly benefit your child's learning experience.
