This half term in the Elephant class we will be introducing our new reward system- ladder to the stars. We are looking forward to seeing lots of children on level 5 and displaying GOLDEN and SPARKLEy behaviour. In Phonics we will be learning about general sound discrimination using body percussion and also, beginning to hear initial sounds in words. In maths, we will be continuing our learning in repeating patterns and looking at what comes next and before in AB and ABB patterns. We will also be practising our 1 to 1 counting.
Our class stories will be the Three Little Pigs, Emergency and The Painting Brush.
