Romans Day

As part of our new topic 'Rowdy Romans', you will be taking part in a range of Roman themed activities. Use the link below, which will direct you to the Romans Day resource page, to find out your tasks for today.

RE

The theme this week is 'Pilgrims vs Tourists'. You will need to research the 7 wonders of the world and create an information poster all about them.

The 7 wonders of the world are thought to bring excitement, love, faith, fun, peace, inspiration and memories to those who visit.

Wednesday

Science 

This half term, we are going to be exploring electricity. We will learn about everyday appliances and the important role they play in our lives; how to draw and conduct a simple series circuit.

Today you are going to identifying common appliances – battery and mains.

Before we begin the session, click the video link below to find out a bit about electrical appliances.

After you have watched the video, please use the link to the video resource centre below and complete today’s lesson. You will need to use the appliance cards to complete the sorting activity. Once you have done this, record your answers in the 2do set on Purple Mash.
