We are Golden and we SPARKLE
This week we will be thinking about the question 'How can we show our thanks to those that help us?'
Read through the resources to find out all the details about our story this week.
Then read through the home learning ideas, and decide on one (or more than one!) activity to try.
I love the idea of designing your own symbol for hope - I can't wait to see what you guys come up with!
I'd also like everyone to complete a jigsaw piece - this is a really lovely idea!
For music this week, we are going to learn all about the band leader Glenn Miller.
Follow the link below to watch two online lessons from Nottingham Music Hub, and then complete the quiz questions!

This week in RE we are going to continuing our learning on Hinduism. Read through the PowerPoint presentation which gives detailed information about different Hindu Gods and Goddesses.
Once you have read this, choose your favourite God or Goddess, and write a paragraph about them using the information in the PowerPoint. You can also illustrate your work!
I will be particularly impressed if you can conduct your own research on your chosen God or Goddess and add some extra information of your own!
We are continuing to learn about Earth and Space this week, and will be finding out about solar and lunar eclipses.
Follow this link to watch an online lesson about solar and lunar eclipses - all you will need is a pencil and some paper.

There is also a worksheet that you can complete in the resources below to show what you have learnt. If you do not have access to a printer, you can just write the information onto a plain paper!
This half term in Geography we will be learning different map reading skills. This week, we will focus on learning the points of the compass!
First, read through the PowerPoint and learn the 8 points of the compass. You might want to draw a diagram on scrap paper to help you remember these!
Then, open up the worksheet. Can you answer the questions by using the compass?
