We had a great day celebrating Children in Need. We kick-started the day joining in with the last 20 minutes of Joe Wick's active-thon! Throughout the day we took the time to stop and reflect about 5 different things we are thankful for in our lives. Well done Willows!!

Reading Books/RED TED

As of Monday 14th September, according to new government guidelines, we will be sending reading books and diaries home! Please can you read the following to understand the routine:

  • Reading books will be given out/changed on Mondays only.
  • They have a week to read the book.
  • The book is to be returned on Fridays - it cannot be returned any other day.
  • The books will be quarantined over the weekend, ready for Monday morning.
  • The first 3 reads for RED TED will be counted on Friday 18th Septemeber.

If your child has a longer book to read, they can keep it until it is read but still must only return in on a Friday.

If your child forgets their book on a Friday, they must wait until the following Friday to return it.

If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to email me and ask, I know the children are very excited to get a reading book again!
