X table practice

Times Table Practice

During the summer term of 2022, the year 4 children at Glade Hill, will be sitting a times table test. The test will be sat online, and will test children’s knowledge of the 2, 3, 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12 x table.  The children will have 6 seconds to answer each question. 

The questions asked are randomised, so it is important that the children know all of their tables. To help the children prepare, we continue to practice our x tables in school, but your support at home would also be greatly appreciated, over the coming weeks. 

You can support, by encouraging them to:

*Practice their TT Rockstars

*Use the x table grid attached to teach and test them

*using the weblinks posted on our class page

*looking for patterns to help them remember

*making your own flashcards

* listening to YouTube multiplication songs

*and any other creative ways
