Keeping Safe - advice for children

If you are worried about anything, please speak to your Class Teacher, Teaching Assistant, or other member of school staff.

We are here to support you.

We also have our School support staff including our Learning Mentor - Mr Purcell,  our Mental Health First Aiders - Mrs Rowe and Mr Strachan, who you can go to see.

There are people you can speak to.

You can also contact Childline about anything. Whatever your worry, it's better out than in. They're also there to support you. There are lots of different ways to speak to a Childline counsellor or get support from other young people.

Staying Safe Online

The internet can be a great resource when you are learning from home.  But without always having your teacher there to support you with safe apps or websites it's important you continue to make good choices by working with your grown ups at home to keep yourself safe.

Always follow links on the class page, which will signpost you to safe websites and resources.  Keep your Purplemash codes safe and secure.  If you are using search engines please use 'SafeSearch' like we would in school.
