In Spring 1 a film maker called Mr Pepper came into school to help us learn about the history of the Wright Brothers and their first flight!

In Spring 2 we went on a trip to Yorkshire Wildlife Park to see Polar Bears as part of our science topic growing and changing! We got to see lots of animals and even hold some too!

In Summer 1 we have been learning all about different owls for our non-chronological reports and our adventure story! We have even tried our hand at making our own out of clay! Luckily for us at the very start of the half term we met a Barn Owl and a White Faced Scops Owl and we got to fly them too!
