Reading comprehension
This week's reading comprehension tasks can be found on Purple mash under the assigned 2dos or in the CGP reading book. Read the extract and complete the multiple -choice questions on each day. You may want to work through this with your child, listening to them read, questioning their understanding and modelling reading to them. They can then have a go at completing the questions set.
The Elephant Teacup: chapter 1-2
Monday:
Read chapter 1 of the Elephant teacup and complete the multiple choice questions.
Tuesday:
Read chapter 2 of the Elephant teacup and complete the multiple choice questions.
Wednesday:
Complete page 6-7 of your CGP book- Aesop's Fables, ready for our zoom session tomorrow.
Thursday:
World Book Day- see timetable for task.
Friday:
Pre-Roman Britain Comprehension. See below. If you don't have a printer, write your answers out on paper and send a photo through.
