Wellbeing Activity

This week we are thinking about who we can ask for help and who supports us. 

• In the middle circle write all the names of people you live with.

• In the next circle write all the names of more distant family members, friends or carers you are close to.

• In the next outer circle write all the names of your close friends

• In the next outer circle write in all the people including pupils, teachers or office staff who are supportive at school. 

• In the final circle write down organisations and other support systems you could go to if you need help (GP, NSPCC, emergency services etc).
