Online home reading books

To help children continue to read during school closures, Oxford Owl have enabled free access to some of their eBooks.

At Glade Hill, we teach phonics using a programme called Letters and Sounds. The attached document shows how you can access free reading books which follow our phonics programme. This will mean your children can access reading books which they can read at the phonics stage they are currently at. 

They also have some book banded books on their website which you can access if you know the book band your child is on (check the sticker on their reading book).

You can register for free on their website in order to access the books. 

If you are unsure of what phonics stage your child is on, or what book band your child is on, please don't hesitate to contact your child's teacher through the class email.
