If you are worried about anything, you can always tell a trusted grown-up at home or in-school.

Trusted grown-ups in school could be your class teacher, class TA, one of our pastoral team or a senior leader. They will always make time to talk to you.

You can also contact Childline about anything. 

Whatever your worry, it's better out than in. They're here to support you.

There are lots of different ways to speak to a Childline counsellor or get support from other young people.
