You can do this activity with all of your family. This year has been a rollercoaster of emotions, and it’s important we all know how to try to overcome the negative ones that present themselves.
Think of all the little things that make you happy or smile each day. It could be listening to music to playing with your dog! Write as many down as you can and create a chart (as colourful as you want) with them in.
