We are Golden and we SPARKLE

18/01/21

Hi Super Cedars,

Well done for working really hard on your learning last week! In English this week you will be continuing to learn about and write non-chronological reports in Writing, and in Reading you will read the next two chapters of the story and answer the quizzes. In Maths, you will have your daily MyMaths lesson of new learning, and also two lessons on things we have already learnt. These are really important so that you don't forget the things you already know! Before you do MyMaths, please watch the PowerPoint video link below.

In Science you have a lesson on electrical circuit diagrams to complete. In History you need to read the information about 'The Battle of Britain' and then write an information text about it (both on Purple Mash). In PSHE you need to complete the 'All about me...' activity (Purple Mash). In Art you need to create a pencil sketch of an item to do with WWII- see the ideas below. You could also google a WWII drawing tutorial like the ones you did in class with Mrs Ozkaya.  In DT I would like you to make a box model of a gas mask holder- this is a two week task. In RE you need to watch the PowerPoint video and teach someone 5 facts about Sikhism. Also, don't forget to watch the Picture News assembly!

Have a lovely week,

Miss Marshall
