NELI in Nursery - Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf Story
Fri 28 Mar 2025This week our Nursery classes, Elephants and Giraffes, have been reading the story of Red Riding Hood and the Wolf as part of their NELI learning (Nuffield Early Language Intervention).
Not only have they read the story and learnt new vocabulary 'special words', they have also been to visit Grandma in the Woods, had a visit from Little Red Riding Hood and dressed up as the characters. How exciting!
Well done Team Nursery for bringing their learning to life and well done to all the children for being so golden and SPARKLY!

World Book Day 2025

To celebrate WBD we have all been dressing to impress as Book Characters, undertaking our class reading challenges, participating in online author events, having stay and read sessions and listening to celebrities read stories to us for story telling sessions. What a great way to celebrate today and for the rest of the half-term as part of our focus theme 'The Love of Books'.
